Dr. Hawkins grew up in Arab, Alabama, which was home until shortly after his graduation from high school in 2003. He spent the next few years at the University of Alabama in Birmingham where he obtained his undergraduate degree in science and began medical school. Dr. Hawkins later trained in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.
With board certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Hawkins shares, "My ideal healthcare model is where the patient is the focus. Concierge medicine appeals to me because I can be focused on a smaller number of patients, providing them with the care they deserve. The red tape that comes with insurance companies and large healthcare corporations have taken the personal care away. By keeping my practice small and personal, I aspire to change the face of medical care in Cullman. I look forward to the possibility of working with you to make your health your priority."

Jacy works with Dr. Hawkins to provide patients with an improved health care experience. A native of Cullman County, Jacy studied at Wallace State Community College in their Department of Nursing Education where she achieved her RN licensure. She has a background in dermatology, primary care, infusion, urgent care, and medical-surgical nursing. Since 2014, Jacy has worked in the field of medicine and obtained National Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA). In addition, she has trained in occupational medicine, drug screening, alcohol testing, heart screening, and DOT screening. Jacy is also experienced in pediatric care in a hospital setting and completed her internship in Emergency Medicine and ICU.
For more than a decade, Jacy has also worked with the public in her family business, Stone Bridge Farms, a premier wedding and event venue located in Cullman County where she served as an event planner, wedding director, decorator, and overall operations.

Macee Griffith, CRNP, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at Hawkins Medical & Wellness. She brings eight years of experience as a cardiac ICU nurse at UAB Hospital, where she developed a strong clinical foundation in critical care and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered medicine.
Macee earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of North Alabama. Her background in high-acuity care, combined with her dedication to building meaningful relationships with patients, allows her to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care to individuals and families.
Outside of the clinic, Macee enjoys spending time at the lake or the beach, making memories with family and friends, and life at home with her husband and their goldendoodle, Piper. They are also joyfully preparing to welcome their first child.
