If you have issues managing your weight, Hawkins Medical & Wellness can assist you in achieving your goal by offering several options including semaglutide, Lipo-C, and Lipo-S injections.

how do i make an appointment?

​Appointments can be made using the contact form on the contact page. Established patients can use the convenient Patient Portal to communicate with our team.

what is the method of payment for services?

Patients will be provided access to the Patient Portal using a debit or credit card. We will also be able to accept any major credit card and/or cash at our offices.

will you serve children or is there an age requirement?

We will see the children of our patients. Parents are always free to stay with the child's pediatrician. Children can find it difficult to become comfortable with a new physician. We understand this and have no intentions of breaking those relationships that are already formed. However, if our patients want their children to join our practice, we will be glad to accommodate those who are 10 -years-old and older. We will be glad to see younger children of our patients for routine visits and minor injuries.

will i file claims with my insurance company or will you handle this?

One of the main benefits of Direct Primary Care is that the middle man and third-party payers (insurance companies) are taken almost completely out of the equation. Hawkins Medical & Wellness will not bill insurance for any services provided at our facilities. We encourage patients to maintain their insurance plans for emergencies, hospitalizations, prescrisption drugs, and ancillary studies (labs, imaging, etc.). The ultimate goal would be, over a few years, our patients would transition from traditional policies to one with lower premiums that are needed in extenuating circumstances.

In the near future, we plan to add a variety of cosmetic and skin care treatment that will include laser, Botox, fillers, and more.
